Applied online at UPS.com/careers. Set up appointment online. Arrived to interview appointment a few days later. It was just a tour and if you were still interested you would have to email the Hiring Coordinator.

None. Very easy interview. Requires physical skills and basic reading/understanding skills.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
