App online auto interview when you finish. Sets up time and date automatically or chose another time. Show up for a walk through of the facility then they call you the next day and offer position. No drug test
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
