Entrevista
The interview was quite simple. The HR representative just asked questions about by previous work experience, educational background, if I had reliable transportation (seeing that there is no bus route nearby), and personality/work ethic questions. The interviewer was nice and polite. The interview might have lasted 15-20 minutes if that.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.

There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
