There’s wasn’t really an actual interview process. More of an orientation with a group of others. We had orientation the first day with followed with 2 or 3 days of learning about the company and the role.

They asked if we were willing to be under a lot of physical stress.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.

There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
