Fiz uma entrevista na empresa UPS (USAR Center, NC).
Entrevista
in person interview with behaviorial rounds followed by face to face interview that lasted for a hour. The interviewer was great asking all sort of questions ranging from a broad set of topics.
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with HR, followed by two rounds of interviews with team leads and project managers. They focused on organizational skills, stakeholder communication, and past project experience. Everyone was professional and made the process feel smooth and structured.
