Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela UPS (Toledo, OH) em out. de 2013
Entrevista
Nothing to it. Be willing to work hard. Show up on time. Don't wear a suit, jeans polo is fine. If your able and willing you'll likely get hired. If you can't do the job you'll quit before being fired and the next kid in HR will take your spot.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela UPS (Parsippany, NJ) em nov. de 2023
Entrevista
Everything was done online, there really was no interview, it was just filling out a lot of personal information, background check, back account info to deposit checks, availability to attend orientation to be assigned a position. This was a seasonal position however, not sure how a regular employee interview process would be like.

Interview process was quick and easy. A few standard questions were asked and a tour was given. I then made to the final round for a last interview and was offer a job and took it.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa UPS (Greensboro, NC).
Entrevista
I worked at UPS a few years back. I applied and on my resume I put down what I was trying to accomplish in life and what I was studying at the time (PreMed). I still got the plant tour but never heard back. I applied again in 2 months and put down minimal information about my hopes and dreams and guess who got the job. Granted this was a entry level job for a college student, it still showed me that UPS appears to be hiring individuals with no other options. I could be completely wrong on that. The interview itself was not really much of an interview but a job expectation, what you will/can be doing on site.
