Complete application online, receive an email for scheduled tour date. Show up at facility with 15-20 others and take a tour. This allows you to really know what you are getting into. I received call back within 2 days and a job offer.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
