The procedure was very clear. Throughout the process the HR hiring manager would stay in contact with me regarding expectations/ timelines/ etc. Moreover, the process was very thorough. I had to go through 7 rounds, varying from a case interview to a chemistry match. All in all, very structured. I knew what to expect the whole way through. Having been in the job now for a couple months, I also feel like they accurately managed my expectations for what the job would entail

Interview was all via zoom, questions weren’t too difficult and recruiter was friendly. I did get a second interview with a regional director who was a little more tough. Eventually they decided not to open the position in my area that I had applied to.
