Initial 30 min phone screen after application with the hiring manager. Pretty straightforward phone call. Mostly just trying to vet capabilities and fit. Prior to that there was a phone screen with an internal recruiter

Extremely negative experience. Got through the first two rounds with the recruiter and hiring manager. Completed a very large case study that took a ton of time. Ready to present to a panel and then they delayed the interview and were told that they had to re-configure their team and no longer was looking for this position at this time.
