1st Interview - Phone Pre-screen Interview by HR - 2nd Interview - Telephone call with Manager I would have reported to. after I was interviewed there was no followup or anything, HR just left you hanging. HR is very unresponsive to questions. Based on conversations with HR and Manager, it appears the company is disorganized and lacks communications. I'm glad I wasn't offered the job becuase I would have likely declined. Process lasted 3 months before I heard that they closed the position
