After applying online, they sent me a link to a Google Form a couple weeks later. Then I had an on-demand interview, where I recorded myself answering questions for them to watch later. About a month later, I had a video chat interview with someone from the department I was applying to.

Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

Introduce yourself? Case study on how you would approach research.
You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
