Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) em jun. de 2013

Got an internship interview through my law school for a summer position within the legal department. A dream opportunity. The interview started with phone screens from an internal HR recruiter. The HR recruiter really didn't understand any of the technical aspects of the legal job and seemed to have trouble communicating the needs of the legal team as well as my skillset. I had frequent follow up by phone with the recruiter to clarify basic information, such as courses taken during law school.
Once I got through that portion, I came in for in person interviews with the supervisory legal team. I interviewed with a few attorneys both individually and in small groups (2-3 people at a time). This was about 5 hours of total interviewing. Some asked difficult and relevant technical questions, some focused more on personality/fit. I didn't get many questions about UA or the apparel industry, but I did get very pointed questions about the law and recent legal developments.
I then waited about two weeks for a call back with an offer. My advice is to stay in touch with the in house recruiter. The HR team is notorious for having rapid turnover and difficulty managing the onboarding process.

Introduction. Asking why are you interested and What do you know about UA
Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
