What a ridiculous process. I applied and to start the interview process, they reached out to have me record a one minute intro video of myself. That part makes sense. Then they have you complete an assessment of brain teasers and riddles...for a Customer Support Manager role. This tells me that their interview process is very immature and don't know what they are testing for. They say they want you to “think in systems, own the function” but test brain teasers. Pretty big gap there. The riddles and brain teasers I was asked really had nothing to do with an actual CX role. They were all random scenarios. Also, the system they used to do this assessment required access to your camera and mic so I think they watch you when you go through the assessment online so you don't try to cheat. Overall though, odd process. If you want to learn how someone thinks, have an actual conversation with them asking them REAL LIFE scenarios related to the role. If this is how they operate internally, count me out anyway.
