The interview process was extremely frustrating and inefficient. Candidates are required to complete both a cognitive assessment and a recorded video submission during separate stages of the process, yet there is very little opportunity to actually discuss your professional background, accomplishments, or qualifications with a real person.
It appears that meaningful conversations about a candidate’s experience do not occur until several rounds into the process, which makes the overall experience feel unnecessarily time-consuming and impersonal. A hiring process should focus on understanding a candidate’s skills, contributions, and fit for the role rather than relying so heavily on assessments and one-sided evaluations.
Overall, the process felt like a poor use of time and did not reflect a thoughtful or engaging approach to recruiting talent.

What a ridiculous process. I applied and to start the interview process, they reached out to have me record a one minute intro video of myself. That part makes sense. Then they have you complete an assessment of brain teasers and riddles...for a Customer Support Manager role. This tells me that their interview process is very immature and don't know what they are testing for. They say they want you to “think in systems, own the function” but test brain teasers. Pretty big gap there. The riddles and brain teasers I was asked really had nothing to do with an actual CX role. They were all random scenarios. Also, the system they used to do this assessment required access to your camera and mic so I think they watch you when you go through the assessment online so you don't try to cheat. Overall though, odd process. If you want to learn how someone thinks, have an actual conversation with them asking them REAL LIFE scenarios related to the role. If this is how they operate internally, count me out anyway.

Wasted my time with a "cognitive assessment" followed by another written assessment that took hours to complete, in which they asked incredibly complex questions about how I would solve specific problems if given the job. After doing all that, they couldn't offer me the courtesy of an actual interview. I was told that my responses "didn't fully align with their direction." If I've gotten this far in the process, why not have a live conversation before deciding we're not aligned? I suspect they are looking to exploit free labor and crowdsource solutions to their problems.
