Interview process in Valeo is fairly standard. If you have taken proper preperation you can easily get through it. During my recruitment process I had one online test which comprised of 73 C & Embedded questions with Software Engineering. After the interview there was a online interview where they asked me to write C program, and asked some generic Embedded Systems questions.

You can skip their questions with ease, but they still reject you, you can get the rejection email and the acceptance email on the same day together, and this shows the extent of their administrative confusion.
