The interview process was very smooth, enjoyable, informative, and was not intimidating. There was a single interview in which I spoke with a managing engineer and HR representative. They speak english well so knowing German is not a requirement.

Entrevista
The application process took a lot of time (a few months) but was worth it. Three engineers asking technical questions. Process took more than 2 hours. Questions were about statics, design process, FMEA, logical thinking, statistics etc.

In-person interview. First, HR asked us to do a quiz for the English test. Then the manager asked some questions, like self-introduction, experience, career plan, and knowledge in the industry process.
