What a waste of 30 minutes+! Somebody on the Talent Acquisition team reaches out to me, sets up a screening call and then asks me to submit my application via their Paylocity page. No follow-up a week later so then I DM'd the same recruiter who cold outreached me and not even a single word response. BUYER BEWARE: the TA team might be compensated on hitting a certain number of applicants and you may just be a pawn within their game. When did ghosting become a natural part of the "professional" world???
