It was a pretty average interview by competences of about 1 hour. I decided to decline to go further into the process because they wanted me to pay a polygraph test but I wasn't going to get the results nor get reimbursed if I didn't get the offer which I think its unfair and without benefit for the candidates. The polygraph test that you're obliged to take if you want to continue as a candidate is about $2,000 pesos
