I had an initial phone interview where they asked about me and my past experience. About a month or so later I had an on site interview. It was two hour long interviews with three people asking questions in each one. Then I was showed the processes and asked where improvements could be made. I spontaneously met with two other mangers and was also asked about how I would improve things. About a week later they called and wanted to do a second on site interview. This was an hour long interview with two people and then a walk around with the man who would be my manger so he could see how I think about IME.
