Phone screwing with a recruiter followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager and next level manager. After this was sent for followed an assessment at a third party that covered presentation skills, general reading comprehension, etc.. Finally, was invited on-site for a day of interviews with the hiring manager and group leadership team.

I was interviewed by the Hiring Manager, IT Architects, and HR over a span of three months. The overall experience was very positive, with a strong focus on practical aspects of application usage and discussions around process improvement strategies. The interviewers emphasized real-world problem-solving and were interested in my approach to optimizing existing processes.

Entrevista
Slow and effective. It took me over 6 months to finally get my joining date. I started the process in June and completed all the process by December. They were really helpful and I had around 3-rounds of interview.
The interview process was alright. I met with two people who worked for the project management department and were very kind. There are 3 rounds of interviews for this internship opportunity.
