Bad experience in an interview I have a few points with me: 1- Are the waste management delivering the full form to upper management or customer? most of the questions they have asked about full form. 2- The interviewer only asked 1 question of coding which I have done, apart from that they have asked theoretical, is this vacancy for theoretical QA? 3- The interview experience was totally strange because most of the things are asked related to full form, is there full forms writing the codes? 4- One aptitude question was asked that I solved with the hint. I have faced multiple interviews but none of them are focusing to provide full forms or extension of the files. I think the job description was mentioned wrong in the Naukri. Or the internal management only trying to hire their friends or family relatives. As I faced the interview, I am not sure the interviewer aware of the coding or automation skills, how someone can reject by asking full forms only without asking any automation concepts. I am not a brilliant or extraordinary candidate but I know myself I can crack the interview if interview is well aware of how to take the interview. No one is delivering the full form of pom.xml, xls, etc to customers. or where the maven downloads the dependency to out local, I said it's getting downloaded in .m2 so they are asking what is the full form of .m2 folder and where is located in local machine. Are the Automation tester sending path of the .m2 folder to customer.
