a joke they first recommended me for a lower position in sales, then I convinced them that the position I wanted was for commercial sales and it was granted to me. after all that I proved my point by being the top salesman 3 years running.

silly psycholigical questions instead of getting to the root which is can you sell. They continue to under interview the potential employees and as a result most wash out or dont perform.

Overall Pretty Laxed in sales makes sure to include problems and solutions and overall show confidence and prepare for your interview that is what helped me land thsi role. Make sure you have connections overall i have seen the top performers bring in people and they usually get the job.
It was pretty common interview. They asked a bunch of questions regarding situational behavior examples. "How would you handle x in this situation." Pretty standard and was about 45 minutes long. Be prepared to answer a lot of situational questions.

Entrevista
I had a quick call with a recruiter, then had a meeting with 2 sales supervisors. After that I was supposed to have a meeting with a sales manager, but they weren't available so they scheduled a call. Had the call, and I got the job.
