Went in for an 1 on 1 in person interview with the manager. Interview lasted about an hour. I was advised that I would be contacted within a week with an answer. I never heard back from anyone. I called for a follow up a week later and was told I would hear back within another 2 weeks from the recruiter. Four weeks later and still hadn't heard from anyone. It seems that if an applicant is not chosen for a job offer they will be ghosted.
