In person interview on my campus that was very casual, online test that was timed and had different parts (english vocab, numbers, comparisions) followed by a skype interview with someone in the industry. received an email with my offer and a phone call. followed by a drug test and background test

Easy, basic questions about yourself and company , online application, in person interview, same day offer, next week orientation. Manager was nice, 10-15 minute group interview, ask about comopny, applied for merchandiser

I first applied online and completed the assessment, which was pretty straightforward. After that, I had an interview that included about 2–3 behavioral questions and 1 technical question. The behavioral ones focused on things like teamwork and handling situations with customers, while the technical wasn’t too hard and felt manageable. Overall, the process was simple and not intimidating, and I felt like Walmart kept it direct and to the point.
Easy and smooth interview process. As long as you will show up to work every day and do a decent job they will hire you. Most of the managers were nice and easy to deal with.
