My first interviee went smooth, they asked general questions with the occasional follow up. Quick turnaround for 2nd interview within same week. 2nd interview with different interviewers scheduled. Have already been told other management opportunities will be coming avaliable soon if not hired.

Panel interviews of 3 people. It was a behavioral interview with the 3 interviewers who rotated asking questions. This type of interview helps the hiring team understand your thought process and how you could potentially work on their team. This is situational based and includes a follow up question to reiterate a time you have been in a situation similar. I used the STAR method to respond.

Initial interview very basic. The recruiter provided generic questions regarding management styles and experience. The questions were certainly geared towards ability to think on your feet. Do plan to provide specific details on your experience in managing and growing employee skillsets
