I had applied online a few times, for different locations near me, and never heard back until recently. I was called in for a late (9PM) interview. Interview was explaining what the job was, making sure I was ok with it, and providing an example of exceptional customer service. I then waited and soon received a text/email about the conditional offer. I had to fill out and docu-sign a few documents from an email. Then waited some more. Finally got a text/email about orientation, which is held this week.

Easy, took maybe 5 minutes, asked a couple questions about availability, have I ever done overnight and how do I feel about doing it. Other people around but on computers. And the manager came in and asked if I had any questions. Then it was over, got the job on the spot.

Online test wait called to interview went in get job then week of training during training it was part online part hands on really boring until you get going but it gets easier every day
