Drug screen then background check that took a while
Started one week later I when to the ASM program, that was the best part of it you learn a lot and meet great people , you stay at the hotel they pay for it also for food,it was a blast
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
