Walmart organized a presentation at various colleges across Canada. After that, candidates were required to apply online, and if they were selected a phone interview pre-screening, conference call interview, group interview followed.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
