I applied online. Had a phone interview. received a phone call with an offer. there was a webinar that described the training and set up a 6 week training out of town.

Most questions were based on tell me a time when you????? ex. had to resolve a conflict between employees or had to assist an unhappy customer.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
