First of all, you have to apply either online or using an interactive kiosk inside the store. As a part of the application, you have to take a personality test (try to represent yourself as a very careful for ensuring best customer service e and their satisfaction, and a good team player), which consists of around 60 Multiple choice questions. Sample questions are: Tel me how would you go beyond and above to achieve customer satisfaction. Tell me about your success story on any kind of project. How would you make a customer fell important, valued? How good are you as a team player, etc?
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.
