Laid back, simple questions. Two part process. Panel interview to start. Second interview was assistant manager and department manager. Repetitive questions from one interview to the next. Almost an uncomfortable feeling being brought into the back of the store and closed in a room with over zealous people.

Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
