Group interview. Favoritism is a huge factor. They prefer people that already work there and people are already selected for the roles. Externals being interviewed have little chance. Multiple SM interviewing multiple people. HR manager is also present. Lots of questions about behavior and not much about experience.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
