Multiple Phone Interviews; with Manager, Sr Manager, and finally Sr Director. Each individual had their own sets of questions/scenarios. Also asked a good deal of personality questions. Truly a good experience.

Phone Screening 1st 45 mins interview 2nd All of the questions were situational and behavioral based. I interviewed with the GM and another Ops Manager. Both were extremely professional and knew exactly what they were looking for in a person to join their team. The overall process took 2.5 weeks. From phone screen to interview to offer/no offer. Overall great experience for me.
