Filled out an online personality assessment. Unlike every other personality assessment I've taken, they actually updated me in real time that I'd passed. This was much appreciated. They contacted me about the interview within the next week and we scheduled a time. The interview was quite casual and didn't have any surprise questions. Some of them did seem a little involved for a warehouse position and had me drawing from previous experiences in office jobs. I got the sense, however, that what was more important here was simply the fact that I *had* an answer, rather than the answer itself. I was offered the job on the spot. We also took a little tour of the department I was interviewing for. The weirdest thing about it, however, was the fact that my starting date was set to 6 weeks after my hiring date.
