I had one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant interview experience of my whole professional life. I was called for an interview for a Pharmacy Assistant position at 675 upper James Street, Hamilton Ontario, Canada. I travelled 3 hours one way (i was ready to relocate if selected) and when i reached Walmart. I was informed that this position has already been filled. Walmart could have informed me earlier. This is so very unprofessional. When you call someone for an interview, you don't decide before interviewing everyone else. Its the basic rule of recruiting. Anyways, i hope that i never ever have to apply for any position at Walmart Canada again. This was the epitome of unprofessionalism

The interview process begins with submitting an online application through Walmart’s careers page. After applying, I received an email inviting me for an interview. I scheduled an appointment at the store, where I met with the pharmacist, who was very friendly. We had great communication throughout the conversation. She asked several questions about my experience working with customers, some behavioral questions, and details about my overall experience. Following this, she invited me to attend a second interview with another manager to continue the discussion.
