Interview is super easy. My manager asked my school hours times. HOWEVER, HE WILL CHAGED ALL MY SCHEDULE AND SAID I DIDN'T SAY MY HOURS. Even the days I told him Im not available to work, he still put me down to work. He is not old, just no manager experience.
You place your application online, and in most cases just call the store a few days later. Afterwards, some team leads want an in person interview, some will just do a simple call to check availability and go over what the job entails. Afterwards, you do a background check and start your job.
