I was hired before I even came in for the interview as they had already printed off my employee paperwork to sign. They asked me if my availability listed on the application was correct and if I was alright with working in the Deli instead of what I actually applied for.

The interview process was easy and over before I knew it. They asked very basic questions, about things such as prior working experience, any previous food handling experience, times you had to overcome working with someone that was difficult, etc. It was very basic interview questions.

What is a challenge you have faced, and how did you work to overcome it?
It was a really quick process, maybe 20 minutes total. I was mainly looking for a summer job and the interview made it easy to make that clear, and they just went through some basic questions.
