Horrible horrible horrible horrible experience. After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter (senior recruiter) for a phone interview in early March. After many email exchanges, the interview was set to the next two weeks. The interviewer called me the day. She had a very bad internet connection! After a couple of times disconnecting from the Codepad which she also acknowledged, she went out to find a LAN cable! We are in the 21st century!!! A so-called IT company for a so-called software position should not have an internet connection problem! Anyways, after a week, I contacted them and they wanted another phone interview. After setting another interview twice (due to the interviewer not showing up), I had an interview one month after our initial contact. The second interview was finished while the interviewer barely spoke at all during the interview. He only knew Java while I was coding in C++. The interview finished and I have not heard back from them at all since then! It has been more than two months since my last interview. I also email a couple of times to the first recruiter. Nothing. Not even a rejection. It is so unprofessional!!! I should have put more "horrible" in the first sentence!
