It was a group interview. All the candidates had to grab an item from the salesfloor and then try to make a pitch. Then, we were given a scenario and had to discuss one issue in the story. Lastly, we had to present to the manager about why she should hire us. Was offered a position a few hours later!

How would you deal with a customer who wanted to return a product with no receipt?
The interview process was easy and over before I knew it. They asked very basic questions, about things such as prior working experience, any previous food handling experience, times you had to overcome working with someone that was difficult, etc. It was very basic interview questions.

The process was quick and basic, and I was offered a position at the end of the interview. It was a great experience for someone interviewing for the first time.

What is a challenge you have faced, and how did you work to overcome it?
It was a really quick process, maybe 20 minutes total. I was mainly looking for a summer job and the interview made it easy to make that clear, and they just went through some basic questions.
