They bring you in and ask you questions of your previous positions. You know you got the job by the end of the day. It is very unlikely they would make you work the day of because the cap 1 shift ends at 1230 or 1
Good, straight forward behavioural focused. Group interview and everyone had a chance to answer. 20 minutes max. Interviewed with a CSM. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, situational questions like describing a time you had a disagreement with a coworker.
