Waited 30 minutes after scheduled time to be seen. Interviewer asked me simple questions about my availability and past experience, after about 15 minutes she told me I was hired. Pretty straight forward, especially when they are looking to hire at time of interview.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
