Barely interviewed. Went straight into orientation. As long as you say something about wanting to move up in the company you will probably get the job. Tell them you think they will give you great opportunities and things like that and I’m sure you’ll get it. If they weren’t interested they wouldn’t have brought you in in the first place.
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
