A Case study was present to a group of people. Questions were asked on how /why one would react in a retail environment. In a round robin fashion each an every individual in the group was asked to select from multiple choice answers.

Describe a challenging situation while dealing with a customer
You place your application online, and in most cases just call the store a few days later. Afterwards, some team leads want an in person interview, some will just do a simple call to check availability and go over what the job entails. Afterwards, you do a background check and start your job.

in person interview mostly happen. you will be asked some questions related to previous experiences and mostly customer services. interview usually take 30-45 minutes sometimes more if they invite you to participate in a group interview.
