It consisted of various interview panels... Like the fore most I got a call from a HR recruiter, she did a review about my resume and lil' past experience, then a date and time was scheduled for 1:1 interview, then the final offer was offered.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
