Basically just ask how you are and tell you the position theyre hiring you for and what your pay will be. After that the person hiring will tell you about all the benefits-you dont have to say anything, really. After hearing about benefits and you accept the offer you will be told when and where youll be meeting for orientation & youll recieve a follow up email as well. Super easy.
