Application was through WorkDay and I received an email saying I was accepted for an interview. I scheduled an interview date and time through the website. I was interviewed by the manager and was asked typical questions expected. Pretty straight forward.

I received a phone call from HR to schedule the interview. The interview was simple and focused mostly on my availability, customer service experience, and ability to work flexible shifts.
