Entrevista
First you are given a call and asked if you are available to schedule an interview. When you go in you will meet with two hourly managers ( CSM, Dept Manager or ZMS). They will ask you 5 questions. Based on how they judge your responses, you may or may not be asked to stay for a second interview. This time its with 2 Salaried members of management, questions are very similar to the previous qustions. You can use the same answers. If they were pleased with your responses then they with call you references, next assuming you pass your background and drug screening they with give you a job offer. Personnel will call you to set up orientation with-in 4 to 15 days ,as soon as the background and drug screening results come back.

applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
