Easy and simple, as long as you answer the questions to the best of your ability, you will do great. Most of the questions were on things like where do you see yourself in 5 years, describe yourself, or something like what are your strengths and weaknesses. For the most part, they won't care since they need more workers anyways.

Quick and easy. Straightforward. They don’t ask many questions maybe one situational but that was for the asset protection role any other role the just want to ensure you will come to work.

Entrevista
The interview was straightforward received me well. i was then hired after around 3 days of waiting. I would say the hardest part was getting the application through enough times for it to work.
Interview process is pretty chill, especially if you are already a Walmart employee since they are a vendor company. If you have cashier experience elsewhere, it's a major plus. Apply either on official Walmart website or Job portals like LinkedIn or Indeed. Initial HR screening round plus on-site job related questions could be expected.
