The interview process lasted only 30 minutes. It was a phone interview. I was asked 4 standard walmart questions and then talked about my self: Why I would like to join the company? What I can bring to the company? And why I should be chosen ?

30 Minute pre-screen call followed by interview with recruiter and district manager(s)
Pre-screen call was straight forward questions getting to know you and your background. Why Walmart, some questions about your ideals and work ethic.
I am awaiting the second phase and will update this post.
Very informative about the company's history and general purpose/direction. They asked questions regarding where I wanted to be in a few years within the company. They also wanted to know if I see myself in more of a leadership role.
