Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Walmart (San Bruno, CA) em jan. de 2023
Entrevista
Overall pretty disappointed with how I was treated in the interview process. The recruiter in the beginning was so timely at responding and once I had my FINAL round interview and project presentation the recruiter ghosted me. Absolutely no response and I followed up 3 times. She finally responded to me when I noticed on Linkedin that the role and others with reposted and she had directly reposted them. I left a comment asking if I could please have some insight into what the team decision was and that I haven't heard back. I finally got a response from her and she said she "notified me via Workday" that I didn't get the role. How can a final round candidate be treated this way? Especially in this economy of layoffs and the job market being tougher than ever. My advice treat your candidates especially last round candidates like people and not just a resume. I've never had this experience of making it to a final round and being ghosted, truly unprofessional.

Basic questions relating to the role and giving specific examples.
Three rounds of interviews, which included a one on one, a panel interview and, a one on one SWOT analysis presentation. Interviews were average in difficulty- questions were a mix of behavioral and situational. SWOT did require time spent analyzing the site experience.

4 part interview process - recruiter, panel, hiring manager, project. Panel interview was back to back 30. min interviews which was a bit draining. Everyone was nice and on time.
